Tonight we have a tense first quarter moon in Leo at last degree โ 29ยบ โ compelling us to act with fervour on what was initiated on the New Moon of 11th May. This while Saturn stands still adds to the pressure and restlessness that screams something has got to give. At last degree of fixed signs that we observe today, something has got to give.

29ยบ Leo is represented as โA Mermaid emerges from the ocean waves ready for rebirth in human formโ โ this is intuitive creative part of our existence which is wondering if it would reabsorbed back into the sea of collective unconscious or will it finally emerge out and take an expressible concrete form. This is a stage of evolutionary urge where the Mermaid is ready for a human incarnation and we have a yearning for solid conscious form of our intense intuition and creativity.
The Royal star โ Regulus used to reside here but it has now moved to Virgo โ signifying that no Royalty stays royal anymore unless it creates something to value and use to help and heal the collective in practical ways. And also signifying the need for a servant leader instead of a regal one, a more diligent leader versus the one with pure flair. The very definition of โKingsโ has changed with this shift.
Our Royal plans are challenged too. At the mid point of new start and completion quarter moon brings challenges to our forward movement. An old emotional pattern is severed and is needed to be severed to move forward. As Sun Squares Moon the tension especially shows up in home and family life like when head and heart, work and family, kids and boundaries donโt merge well together. Negative emotions usually reflect an emotional habit which needs to be detoxed to move in the new direction of our life and prosper.

Saturn standing still is adding to the pressure of the day but since it goes well with Venus today, this pressure can lead to lot of discipline to work through any personal issue or give physical form to a creative intuition. We are moulding new boundaries and creating a new dimension and form of our life. No one knows the rules here, rules havenโt yet been written. The restlessness and frustration with status quo in this phase is natural part of the 9 month gestation process every Saturn cycle takes us through which is starting with the Saturn Retrograde on 23rd May ending 15th Jan. What comes out is considerably different from what we started with.
