22 / 23 October Astrology Horoscope : Conflict or Focus

𝟮𝟮/𝟮𝟯 𝗢𝗰𝘁 𝗔𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗛𝗼𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗲 : 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀

Mars squares Pluto today. This has been the persistent energy of past few days which colors second half of the month. The power struggles and disagreements that come with this aspect are so well steeped in subconscious patterns. They are much less about the current moment. This is a very first expression of Pluto re-engineering our concept of power and authority. Its our first vehicle to explore the rebirth in authority we have over our own life. So anything and everything that goes out of our control we would want to control it.

Drive, ambition, perseverance and psychological strength are all positive sides of this aspect. But through this aspect we would have to learn a lesson in control — what we can control and what we need to let go. The efficient use of our life force towards things that we can transform through our efforts versus waste of breath and blood or sweat on conditions that are beyond our control.

This aspect would also test how badly we want “it” — the new initiations that we have done under the Libra new moon ( covered in your sign specific readings ). There could be a potential with an authority or person who seems to have some sort of power over what we want to do. How we maneuver this tricky situation where we would be angered or provoked — do we drop our standards to match the game being played or do we stay focused on the goal versus the games being played — would be a key test of our integrity and intentions towards our goals.

As with everything else with Pluto when this aspect comes we are normally not fighting the other and their energies but rather the fight or conflict or anger is external physical manifestation of our own inner complex or pattern of behaviour that we are overcoming. But this one can be very physical and we do need to be careful of physical harm especially if we have any key planets or points around 24º of cardinal signs (Aries, Libra, Capricorn, Cancer).

Use this energy to change powerfully the way you would normally go after what Libra new moon initiated for you and change how you would normally handle a conflict in partnership or with enemies or critics — act from a position of power and not powerlessness as that part is in your hand. Control the inner impulses versus trying to control the situation which in this case would be futile. Use this energy to create focus and intensity to break out of a tough rut or pattern and do something seemingly difficult but through a different modus operandi. The way you go about it is much more important than what the end destination is.

2 November is when this tough aspect which has been repeating from 22 Sept, 1 Oct and 17 Oct would finally play out — with a new playbook or resolution finally coming through of this conflict or strife.
