August will see us under the influence of the two full moons, one that just happened at 1º26’ of Aquarius on 24 July and one that’s going to happen on 22 August at 29º37’ Aquarius. Full moons bring certain conclusions, realisations, culminations and release. Together these two would bring us one step closure to what we seeded with the Saturn Jupiter conjunction of 21 December 2020 which is the new structure of our growth for the next 20 years. In addition the 22 August full moon will form part of the activation of the Yod that would form with Leo Sun as apex revealing a life mission or a skill we hold. The Leo new moon of 8th August which comes with a surprising and bold outlet to the restlessness we feel would bring information prior to this activation. With 19 August activation of the Yod, 20 August Uranus retrograde and 22 August full moon, it might feel like missing parts of a puzzle coming together. 🚨 First 8 days of the month which are a build up to this new moon would be marked by the volatility or dissonance which normally arises when we are fighting our own resistance to change the fixed and outdated parts of our life. I described this in detail in the mid July horoscope for your sign.

Both the 24 July and 22 August full moon bring to focus your friendships, network & social media endeavours, social networks, fan base, followers, supporters, your impact on large groups of people, acquaintances as well as your hopes, dreams, vision, long term goals, gains, streams of income, big wealth ideas. This could be a first step of progress towards them if we had seeded them during the Saturn Jupiter initiation in December 2020 or the new moon on 11 Feb. Saturn is currently retrograde here so we are reevaluating the structure of our impact, whats our life direction or vision, where are our gains, how to get them, where is our network support, who are our friends and our boundaries with them as well as our elder sibling. This period leading to 8 August as well the period after 22nd August will bring immense focus on this and we might be making some fundamental changes in our direction as more information comes to light. This could mean focus or release or culmination or shift in a friendship or social group affiliation or social media endeavour or organisation or a person of influence.
Saturn Jupiter are impelling you to reinvent your life goals and direction through progressive ideas, networking, changing network affiliations to join groups of common ideology, influence world with your great ideas, develop a sense of personal mission to leave a legacy. In that process not only the path we walk on changes, the people who walk with us would also change, our way of interacting with others will change. With Aquarius in your house of gains, we hold the potential of sudden gains but they may not be stable or might be from unique sources and investments. This two full moons can bring culmination of those gains or can bring an opportunity to restructure those investments or gainful opportunities to make them more lucrative. At the very least this could bring a social event to light, more interactions with friends who we haven’t met in a while, completion of a social media project, a launch to large set of people or over internet, a philanthropic or visionary project launch, group affiliation coming through.
With a lot of time spent on group or associations or network activities, we might also feel a bit lost in the group, feel like we are part of a herd — we are reminded in August to balance that energy by not losing our unique perspective in trying to create what others want. Or we might need to work in a smaller group or a niche group in which we have more sense of control and stability, where our personal goals & values get their space and we have opportunity to work on what we love and aspire for. We are also asked to balance out the focus on our goals with our focus on our loved ones especially children or not forget to play and have fun. It could be a time when a close friend could use your skills or just need your attention to do something light and fun. Its a great time to blog, share interests, form associations which are long lasting and also review what affiliations waste your time or dissipate your creative potential versus the ones that fill you up. Your gains are through your networks, you are a change agent — you need to evaluate at this moment if you are aiming too low. If we are off course the mid point of Saturn and Jupiter retrograde cycles around 1 August and 19 August would show you as it would bring more information to light albeit possibly through some over the top discussions or even conflicts with others like a friend or elder sibling. Jupiter has moved back in your gains & rewards house since 28 July which will help bring support and guidance on this. You can look at period between July and Sept 2018 as to what was brought to focus for you for parallel themes more personalised to you — but remember 2018 was time to release detach — this is time to create & progress forward. Aries rising / sun / moon around 0–4º Aries or around 21–24 March born Aries Sun would benefit the most from the first full moon leading to 8 August.
Though all of you will feel these themes playing out for growth and restructuring emphasised at this time and in August due to Saturn and Jupiter revisiting this house reaching their mid point of retrograde cycle divulging new information and actions to change course.
As this could fall in house of career for some of you especially for 27º-30º Aries or around 16–19 Apr born Aries Sun — there might be an inclination to make shifts in your career or life path and something critical at work could come to focus for change or completion for you with focus on networks, social groups, gains coming more with the 22 August full moon.
We would have to critically walk the thin line of what we want and what others expect of us. Leo season is the time when we find our joy, vitality, creativity again. Our risk taking appetite is amped up and new avenues of self expression open up. The performer in you, the risk taker, the proud parent, the creator, the gambler, the self love & ego in us comes out to play as he or she gets fresh infusion of energy and he or she needs to be given air as its the fire side of us which naturally cultivates us but it would need to be balanced with how we bring out the potential that is in us to the audience, to benefit others, to create gains, earn long term rewards, to create social influence which where the two Aquarius full moons — one in play now and one which will play out from 22 August is all about. A new avenue of self expression, risk taking, creativity, some new occurrence in life of our children or a new love or passion can come up specifically with the 8 August new moon specially for Aries rising / sun / moon around 16º Aries +/-3º or around 5 April born Aries Sun +/-3 days. Be careful as this could be sudden, impulsive or you might surprise others. If it has been in making then good but if its a high risk venture be sure you have evaluated risk reward.
This would form the apex of the Yod activation which would be felt through discussions around this new moon of 8th August leading to peak moment of 19 August. This could make these creative talents, your God given or natural talents your mission — felt most by 21º-28º Aries rising/sun/moon or around 10–17 April born. Remember this skill or talent is supposed to flow naturally even though activation comes through some crisis or surprise. This is not the end destination, this is still weak in terms of Yod transit but it would bring missing pieces of puzzle together.
Keep in mind in August we would have Uranus exaggerating our need for freedom in terms of our self respect and money / finances so some surprises on that front do lay ahead — all in name of more freedom and progress. We are more likely to rebel against any challenge to our ego and also seek risk taking ventures with much gusto driven by need to get financially independent.
