𝐆𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧 (𝟐𝟏 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝟐𝟐 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲) : For All Zodiac Signs

In some ways Gemini Season began back in 3rd May when its ruler Mercury moved into Gemini and it would seemingly extend to early July when Mercury finally leaves Gemini after 9 weeks of extended stay. But now that Sun has moved to Gemini our entity and both its personal satellites are focused or rather scattered on the same themes of life. This is heady, insatiable and a little unreliable energy. Yet this Cadent every growing, every learning and forever young sign will take us through an intense eclipse season with its flexibility and tolerance for diversity and renew our curiosity for life. The many interests it evokes some of which would be frivolous & short lived, the many conversations it initiates some of which would be grossly misunderstood, the many roads it takes us through some of which would be just for the scenery, the many knowledge portals of the mind it opens some of which would be just Wikipedia of crap, this mutable season will shift both our mind and perspective when we would look back at this attention of a goldfish season. Gemini is truly the spice of mind and we are all about to go Aah!, aww!, Oops, Ouch!, Wow!, ugh!, uh oh!, gee!z, Yay!, ooh, ouf!, oof!, son of a …! all at the same time.

I have my Venus in Gemini, I would be the first to shout from the rooftops (if they would open any), that I love this sign and its season but this isn’t an easy one I will be honest with you. We have two eclipses and we have a lot of Saturn baggage to carry out along with Mercury retrograde and Uranus square going exact, delayed gratification is the name of the game here. Delayed is not denied.

𝓓𝓮𝓽𝓪𝓲𝓵𝓼

Gemini season brings throat chakra to focus, irrepressible creative express, air — breezy flighty light chatty easy going adaptable skilful but sometimes downright frivolous fun & witty energy. Expressing our ideas, observations, emotions in a joyous self expression is key focus. Words come easy and come dime a dozen in this season — everyone has information to share, observations to tell, a gossip to spread, easy talk which is supposed to be taken “easy”.

Right ? Wrong.

We got the ruler of Gemini — Mercury going retrograde on 29th May and not just people will come back from the dead, the things we have said or written would come back for “pruning”. Can we back our words with actions ? Rudhyar used to say “The intellect of man is like a tropical plant in that it tends to expand “wildly” in many directions”. Symbol of mind has been running amok ahead of any limitations and boundaries for a while. Art of two way conversation and sometimes giving break to emotional undercurrent of every discussion are key lessons of Mercury retrograde in Gemini. The 10th June solar eclipse comes conjunct this Mercury retrograde to seed a new thought form, a new ideation, a new commercial initiation, a new business contract, a communication project, a new movement in previously stagnant air. But since there has been so much which has been said just for the sake of saying, there is some retracement (not reversal).

Neptune confusion on details is very much part of this whole cycle impacting our mind in confusing and sometimes bogging us down in foggy fears on 22 May, 5 June and 6 July. We would also physically feel the confusion bogging us down on 13 June. This also creates low immunity and we need to be careful of respiratory infections. Protect yourself from misunderstanding, confusion as our boundaries would be lower. As Neptune is about to go retrograde in June, this fogginess of way forward or brain fog is very real in June, we already feel it as we experience the first aspect this week. It’s gray matter volume loss as the anatomy of our brains are being changed. Happens for first two years of child birth to most women. It’s cause the brain needs to acquire different social skills. It’s almost like nature wants us to be confused on mundane things in life cause it has an offspring for the brain to focus on. If you are pregnant with a creative expression or anything your mind wants to give birth to — the brain fog wants you to essentially forget of everything else. It’s restructuring your brain with long lasting anatomical changes making certain senses dimmer while some sharper to adjust to new paradigm much like the rodent mom becomes better at foraging for food.

Neuroplasticity — the process in which brain changes throughout life by reorganising connections in response to the stimulation of new experiences and neurogenesis — the process of growth that allows for new learning. We are in accelerated process of that with North Node in Gemini this year. (My contribution to Wikipedia of crap)

You have a treasure of expanded consciousness & understanding untapped within you, capability for unbounded expansion. Gemini season and June eclipse helps us ground it in reality and gives voice to it. You have already dreamed the dream, drawn the big picture, the grand enterprise of your mind. While 26 May lunar eclipse helps us release an old paradigm of distraction, the one where there was no meaning in the meaninglessness of it anymore, emptying the old structure of knowledge and thinking, removes an air of prejudice of past mentoring & education. Acting as a vortex of release, it also helps us with a mental radar of where to focus the enormous mental energy of this Gemini season. It creates a mental mission so we see through things in Gemini season versus leaving our castles half built, hurting a little is part of the process to ensure that, like we have something to prove to ourselves.
