July 2021 starts on a volatile note but it has so much more to offer after that. While all of this volatility is happening in Leo which I have explained in a more detailed note / podcast / video, it would fully resolve only in August with the 8 August Leo new moon. In first 8–9 days of the month we do continue to work on themes of Capricorn full moon I have explained by sign and this volatility which is essentially bringing Saturn Uranus square to life.

But we do have Cancer season and Cancer new moon, Pallas retrograde, Chiron retrograde, Pluto retrograde midpoint and a very bold and ambitious full moon in Aquarius towards the end of the month too during start of Leo season. Cancer season is the time when real life is created and Sun in Cancer forms positive aspect with this volatility so 9 July Cancer new moon is key to help us ease into the difficult structural change we are looking to make in August and in 2021. We cover all of this today.

We are in Cancer season and it’s usually the time we nest — home, family, emotional foundations, self care, nurturing become the focus. We retreat to safety, home, children, parenting, nurturing. There is an ebb and flow to the season as I mentioned in the Capricorn full moon discussion and this recurring balance between our external life and internal life which we would be rocking in July. We would continue to be under the influence of the 24 June full moon which we discussed in details for the collective and each sign (links below) till 9 July.

But the zest for making stride in external world needs to now be balanced with focus on what lights you up, what nurtures you and what your intuition is guiding you towards. This is the season to fill your cup and there would be plenty of external opposition to that — you have seen the preview of that opposition on 5th May and you would see it come up again 17 July. You would need to stand up for your need to take care of you and yours. We would be sensitive and protective, its that kind of season when we gotta fill our cup.

You are a creator in Cancer season — its the most fertile of the seasons. Life is created in this season — real life. I am an Aries mom and I have a Cancer moon daughter. So I am rushing through well everything, she would very sweetly say mom sit with me. And I would ask what happened what happened something broke, something spilled, food not good etc — she would say no just sit. And we would sit just like that sit, till my Aries side wakes up. But thats Cancer — life real life that happens in those very personal moments.

Real life is created in Cancer season.

𝟵 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗠𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝟭𝟴º𝟬𝟮’ 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿

Real life would be created with the beautiful, sensual, creative, emotionally fulfilling Cancer new moon which would be experienced on 9 July 9:16pm E.T. at 18º02’ Cancer.

Cancer new moon brings new life, a new season of our life especially our inner life, personal life, our emotional steadiness. What we seed during this new moon is very personal, a creative expression of inner most feelings and strength which many call intuition or right brain driven. We respond to our highest calling during this time which fulfils us at the deepest level.

Our intuitive, nurturing, sensitive, vulnerable, considerate side is given its due respect, right brain is given its due place especially once Mercury comes out of shadow and moves into Cancer after 11 July and meets Jupiter in most positive aspect on 12 July. We become deeper in our conversations & writing, topics of discussion become more personal and the way to convince anyone needs to be driven by right brain or lateral thinking versus solely facts and numbers.

Contrary to popular belief Cancer is a practical sign — they are the practical nurturer. They just don’t emotional, they do something about those emotions, they take actions basis it. They are a doer so is this new moon, its a cardinal new moon.

So matters related to artists, creative, psychology, psychics, small businesses, parent, parenthood, personal property, domestic affairs, fishery, businesses linked to children and women, food industry, cooking, pregnancy, fertility are initiated through inspiration and some sort of cloud lifting. There is a bit of honesty here as Neptune is now retrograde so some of the things have become clearer after a long fog since March so whats seeded here even though might be idealistic but its being seeded with eyes open. Its being seeded for the emotions it evokes, the life purpose it serves, the comfort it brings as well as in some ways it addresses everyday nourishment necessary to sustain one’s outreaching activities.

As 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝘂𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗷𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝟮𝟬º 𝗟𝗲𝗼 𝗼𝗻 𝟭𝟯 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 amps up our passions and creative energies — they would demand a physical outlet. Not just a muse, a thought, a prose but physically perform the art. This can seed a new love, an attraction,

This is the Leo energy edging its way into Cancer new moon — I would call this outreaching activities as it asks us to go out of our comfort zone.

Cancer new moon wants us to create the necessary nourishment required to sustain this outreaching activity. Like you cannot love another if you haven’t filled your cup, if your home is not in order you cannot really give your full to your passions, if your family isn’t provided for with you as a nurturer — you wouldn’t feel ready to take a risk. What you would initiate under this Cancer new moon and work on over next two weeks at the very least and reap over next 6 months — is to deal with “fulfilling your life’s responsibilities”. You are getting the soil for the seed you wish to sow. You are feeding something, growing something that would be your flock, your solid ground which would support you when you do those outreaching activities.

The fixed star conjunct this new moon indicates polarity of darkness and light within all of us with the light highlighted more than the dark at this new moon. The star conjunct deals with successful storytelling by someone who knows how to mix those two part of the psyche well.

𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 — 𝟭𝟰/𝟭𝟱 𝗝𝘂𝗹

As both Pallas Athena in Pisces and Chiron would be going retrograde right after the new moon around 14/15 Jul, it would be a good time to emphasise any healing professions which involve looking at patterns, spiritual, creative, imagery / creative media, music healing, podiatry, reflexology, inspirational, cinema/photography linked — Walt Disney had Pallas in Pisces. Pallas is wisdom and in Pisces she wants us to use wisdom of compassion, of universal suffering, of fantasy. Pallas is how we see patterns and in Pisces we see patterns intuitively. She is a warrior in the man’s world and she fights with indirect approach in Pisces through being able to see through others before they can see through themselves. But she is required to use that gift for the benefit of the collective by creating something useful.

Chiron Retrograde can bring up past life wounds or old wounds and fears that we would need to heal and overcome. Healing is more directed to self versus outward. This is especially true if you have your natal Chiron direct so in normal conscious doing you wouldn’t be aware of these fears. This cycle reveals discovery of previously unrecognised talents which due to lack of self worth or because of being brought down on those talents in past life, they were not actively developed in this lifetime. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝟴º-𝟭𝟯º 𝗔𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀.

We would continue to have Chiron in Aries till 14 April 2027. Chiron in Aries are tough nails generations, dust their wounds and move forward generation, the children of conflict and of Great Depression as we saw in its last transit of 1918–1927. Its wound never heals but it revives and regenerates through healing its initiative by taking action. The wound shows the pain of not feeling entitled to act on will. Feeling that punishment will come if we acted on our will. Its a collective wound where we are irrevocable damaged by factors beyond our control, forcing us to grow in our initiative, forcing us to know what we are made of by feeling the pain of existence. It represents a part of us that offers great gifts through the affliction of a great wound.

Chiron here would square the Sun of United States as it did back in 1921 when the Tulsa Race Massacre — the worst racial massacre in history of United States happened. That was a collective wound given to people for being different. So Chiron hasn’t been here since 100 years and we might be healing collective wounds which are a century old linked to identity. There was an emergency quota instated to curb immigration which was a turning point in immigration policy of United States in 1921. Northern Island was created in 1921 which might come to an end with Irish Unity. WW I officially ended. But 1921 also had the worst drought in Russian history. There are many other aspects responsible for all of these but there would and are reverberations. Chiron squaring Sun of a country can cause some illness of head of State — I have mentioned this regarding Biden during Sagittarius Full moon eclipse also which would activate only in Sept — something to look out for.

China’s communist party is celebrating its 100 years since 1921 as we speak, it was born after fighting the Chinese civil war. Once Pluto comes in Aquarius a lot of changes will come in China structurally.

Chiron lessons are always that we learn to stand up for ourselves by being a voice for another. When Chiron goes retrograde we got to use all of that energy for ourself. Standing up for ourself, getting our sense of initiative back by acting on our will. That’s process of Chiron till 19 December.

𝗣𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗱 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 : 𝟭𝟳 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆

Pluto retrograde which started on 27 April with the Aries new moon and will extend till 2 Oct around Libra new moon, is now around Cancer new moon reaching its mid point on 17 July. We will start feeling it a few days ahead.

Pluto is the underworld lord, rules over death, deep secrets, things below the surface. In mundane or world events it rules metals useful in making bombs, techniques of mass destruction, bombs, nuclear devices. It’s both a benefic and a malefic in my view.

Pluto takes about 3–5 years to be fully done with disintegration, death and rebirth part of every degree of our chart and every degree of our life. So depending on where the current Pluto placement makes an aspect to your chart you could be at the start or middle or end of this process in your life. This year Pluto is focused on 24º-26º50’ Capricorn. Every time we get this transit start of Pluto retrograde which happened on 27 April, Pluto going direct which would be 2 Oct and now 17 July when it would reach half way opposing Sun — new information from below the surface comes to light both personally and in global events. The fact that this year these are happening around Cardinal new moon indicate the information found is actively acted on to make a change. Powerful announcements are made regarding governments or by the leaders.

Pluto is power and once manifested — its irrevocable — it becomes a resource for you. In its journey are many losses but each of those loss pretty much becomes the impetus for a major change in our life where we weren’t living our full potential due to being timid or doubting our innate resources. During the retrograde period which we are in right now — we rearrange our choices and priorities to come into our power. The midpoint that we would arrive at on 17 July shows the struggle — some information would come to surface through a conflict on where we are blocking this transformation in structural change of our life. Pluto in Capricorn always links back to who is the authority of our life, whats our life path and how we assert our authority. Globally its the archetype of who holds the Global power and resources — who is the super power — the dominant country / ruler.

The opposition in form of power struggles and explosive outbursts normally show where we are trying to control what cannot be controlled — lower form of power. Something has to die and if you would let honesty guide the way — you would have let it die long back. Opposition makes us face an inevitability. Pluto return of United States is key in establishing who has the economic power and where dollar goes as a currency cause Pluto return of United States is happening in the house of economy and money. If anything has been brewing behind the scenes to overturn power — it would normally come up during this time. Last time Pluto was here in 1775, American revolution was seeded triggered by seemingly benign taxes — it started with financial matters and resources.

That brings me to beautiful and bold Leo Season. Sun loves to be in Leo as its ruler. Confidence, love, passions, cheerfulness, fun and generosity peaks in this season but so does ego which we can leverage positively to focus on things that we are normally afraid to do. Its fire season!!! I cannot wait.

This is very good for physical vitality as Sun is source of our energy and its in good health here. Courage would be high as would be the recklessness of it. We would attempt the impossible here. Leo rules the heart so all the activities linked to our heart they get energised — love, passion projects, creative endeavours, children. Its time to be playful, fun and shine. Ofcourse there would be the conflicts I spoke of in the separate video (link below) but we blossom — come into our own so as to speak in this season.

𝟮𝟯 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗠𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘂𝘀

At 10:37pm ET on 23 July Sun and Moon would oppose each other in form of a full moon at 1º26’ Aquarius. This is a completion and culmination of the lucrative, intellectually stimulating, socially responsible, progressive undertaking which could be source of your next 20 years of growth. We had the Saturn Jupiter conjunction here which started the process and no we are not at the end of it but a first delivery of that chapter might be coming through. This could manifest as a network, platform launch, a website or app going live, you becoming part of an influential network, your ahead of time idea becomes a reality or at the very least we get connect with an important associate or friend, our social role gets enhanced or we make an important investment. This is time of out of this world discovery, diversity, influential leaders, social change, group movements, inspiration and imagination. Whatever is birthed will not be deemed practical cause the Virgo Venus would have her nose up saying ah so expensive or not well detailed or not pretty enough. Its time to get it out versus waiting for it to be perfect. Quality might be compromised a bit.

Bezos would be going to space with Richard Branson trying to beat him to it. Sorry Branson, Bezos just wants it more, he wins.

Happening at Fixed Star Altair this is a bold, valiant undertaking which happens through risk taking and dogged determination. Symbolised by Eagle which was used by great powers like Roman Empire and by United States as their seal or logo representing super power. This is a star of power, success and leadership for human relationships, peace, human rights . It represents willingness to explore new ideas and frontiers.

Remember Pluto will come into Aquarius in March 2023 — what is ahead of time would become the source of power and whosever controls tech and space would control every known resource. Power structures would move from earth to air — more liberty and less controls by centralised or totalitarian structures — more equal distribution of wealth to people. Are we talking of Universal basic income or more money from stock market to retail, may be both. Saturn and Jupiter this year and next would of course pave the way for it. Innovation and revolution though happens in constraints with these.

Guess who all have their moons in Aquarius — US and China. Well Moon is people — Pluto brings power uprising. Who is ahead in moon sign and whose full moon is it — China — smack right on the ascendant and Moon. So are we celebrating the culmination of the 100 years of communist party or completion or further strengthening. We would hear a lot of all of it during the Aquarius full moon — look out for patterns for the future.
