Saturn Opportunities & Repurcussions for The Blood Moon Total Lunar Eclipse
This is a financial eclipse as well an eclipse of strong mass emotional and transformative transition. It requires immense discipline to handle the emotions its letting loose which have been stagnant fixed unexpressed for a long while — Saturn plays a key role in this eclipse as its the apex of the T-square formed by this eclipse. This also shows that pressure of social propriety will try to suppress the truth that needs to come out — whether its the dysfunction in financial system or in abusive relationships or in political/financial nexus. People act indignant or worst create rules or hide behind rules to avoid the information to come out. The thing is, we are in Mercury retrograde and super power of this transit and if you have it in your natal chart — your super power is to sense things even if they haven’t been said or announced. So we know what we know because we know — suppression or social prosperity in my view wouldn’t stop any kind of information to be recognised. But yes we would feel that our emotional displays which are genuine strong emotions, truth of abuse/dysfunction — would be suppressed by rules and pressure of social propriety.

I love that many of my favourite astrologers used to quote Bob Dylan when talking of Saturn in Aquarius — “𝗧𝗼 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁”. Our emotions will show oversensitivity to society’s rules, pressure of responsibilities crushing our need to move to individual gratification & desires, economic rules and individual restrictions by authority — like something or someone is holding us back to reach our true transformation and hence potential. So we ofcourse would rebel against this trying to break the rules and it would be not normal cause this is a fixed T-square — its an argument we normally so avoid yet somehow we cannot this time. To live outside this law you must be honest — you cannot have vogue innovations to go with the trend or break laws of stock exchanges etc just because you think they are bogus or worst do not hold for you even though you are literally lying to people who are investing in you (you know where I am going if you use something called Twitter). To live outside the law — you must be honest. Saturn is coming for the ones who think they can live outside the law but do not do it in all honesty of their intentions.

Having deeper interests in matters like psychology, astrology, financial investments, research etc — they are subjects of deep practice as well — they stand to be what they are due to discipline of the few who did go the extra miles. We have seen so many individual businesses around deep studies come up without the requisite “deep study”. Many of these matters create independent jobs, incomes — liberty — which is only the luxury of the discipline — which I do believe is the strong message of this eclipse. Strong emotions alone aren’t enough if they are not productively channeled and used for the benefit of many in a structural manner for healing, abundance and tangible creations.
Similarly for some of us, we could have vision of a friendlier world or better society but before we get there — Scorpio eclipse normally aims to drain our own venom or dysfunction or “darkness” within which blocks us from actually doing things which are in line with “love and light”. Our own inner demons, child within us, our own individual neediness — blocks us from creating anything of value for the society or for the screen and blocks us from relating effectively with the audience, friends, groups socially. We would be reminded of those and we have opportunity to purge those long overdue emotions and old hatred or fights which we do not even remember why they even started but yet — yet they block us from starting afresh socially with others. Trying to bring benefit or healing to society without being in the society is the biggest horrible thin line that all Scorpio archetype within us and outside of us walk.
Sometimes we see these social recluse breaking all the rules of the very society they intend to benefit in some ways — justifying all means to the end — and they mean it. That’s where emotions go to the wrong end of extreme transformation.
This would see people trying to loose many partnerships or binds or patterns in partnerships to fulfil their social dreams or due to their humanitarian / political / social ideals especially if they are different from their business or personal partner. We would though first and foremost struggle within us — Saturn in Aquarius goals are tough — the liberal aims of equal distribution of wealth come at a cost — sometimes they bring a whole traditional economy down with it hurting the very same “common man” it intended to benefit. This idealism truly sometimes become out of touch with individual care, existing financial stability of real economy, our own individual health/body/monetary wellness. North Node in Taurus wants to infuse some sense of practicality in realising our idealism and our hopes for the utopian society we have all started believing we can create using an online currency which is mostly still held by the very few rich we seem to condemn yet end up condoning. Goals may not be ones needing correction, these dreams are real and have a space but rather we would be asked to add rules, regulations, discipline to make them happen — needless to say it wont be taken well. We still have one last not exact yet near Saturn Uranus square left for second half of the year.
But yes in our individual capacity — the element of value, money, body, health and individual wellbeing while totally disrupting an existing ecosystem would come into play now. The unexpected yet inevitable consequences of our idealism can come to recon us collectively and we would need all the discipline to earn our liberty and our need to live outside the “law”.
We are all physical beings, living in a physical world, with a physical body — having a human experience and not just a soul or metaphysical to one — we might be reminded of that with North Node in Taurus and this T-square. Utopian models and life dreams are reckoned.
